# Exordiom — Full Reference > Exordiom is a search firm for building elite offshore teams. We headhunt people in India and the Philippines who are not looking for a job, and embed them full-time inside US companies, in the client's time zone, on our payroll. Not the cheapest talent. The best. This document is the long-form companion to [llms.txt](https://www.exordiom.com/llms.txt). It covers positioning, the sourcing and vetting model, pricing, employment structure, scaling options, first-party data, and frequently asked questions. Every other offshore vendor works from the same pool: people who signed up, which means people who are available. That pool is public and picked over. Exordiom's sourcing teams sit in Manila and Bangalore, work their own networks, and approach employed, high-performing candidates the way an executive search firm works a market. The people placed are typically already working at strong companies and are not answering job posts. Placements are full-time embedded hires, not project contractors. They work 40 hours a week in the client's time zone, report to the client's manager, and stay in the client's systems and codebase. Exordiom was founded and is led by co-CEOs Neej Parikh and Marc Diouane. ## How the model works 1. **Role definition.** The client brings a role. Exordiom maps the market, the realistic compensation band, and the expected timeline. 2. **Headhunting.** Sourcers in Manila and Bangalore approach employed candidates directly. Candidates are not drawn from an available-for-hire pool. 3. **AI interview.** Each candidate completes a structured AI interview run against the client's actual job description, scoring character, acumen, grit, and experience. 4. **Human rounds.** Candidates who clear the AI interview go through human interview rounds on the same dimensions. 5. **Client decision.** The client runs one final conversation and always makes the hiring decision. Exordiom never places someone the client has not approved. 6. **Pre-closed offers.** By the time a client meets a candidate, compensation and start date are settled. Accepted candidates commonly start within 48 hours. Exordiom carries the sourcing, screening, and technical vetting load. The client runs the last-mile fit interview and keeps final say. ## Roles and functions Exordiom staffs 70 distinct job titles across seven functions: - AI and engineering - RevOps and marketing operations - Sales development - CRM and systems - Customer and technical support - Finance and billing - Customer success and renewals Engineering coverage includes full-stack, backend and platform, frontend, mobile, QA automation, and DevOps, plus AI, ML, and data engineers. Role-level detail is at [Hire offshore developers](https://www.exordiom.com/developers) and the [AI Solution Center](https://www.exordiom.com/ai-solution). Exordiom recruits senior people, commonly five or more years of experience, and pays above the local going rate. Exordiom does not compete on being the cheapest option. ## Pricing and commercial terms - Pricing starts at **$3,000 per month, per person, all-in**, and scales with pedigree and experience. - The rate covers recruiting, salary, statutory benefits, payroll, local tax compliance, and replacement. - **No placement fee.** - **No minimum term and no lock-in.** Clients pay only while a seat is active. - Pricing is per seat. There is no separate platform, sourcing, or onboarding charge. ## Employment and compliance Placements are employed through Exordiom's in-country entities under an Employer of Record (EOR) model. The client does not need to establish a local entity in India or the Philippines. Exordiom is the legal employer and handles payroll, statutory benefits, local tax compliance, HR administration, and equipment. The client directs the work. ## Timeline Talent can be live in as little as **10 days** from job spec to a working hire. Accepted candidates commonly start within 48 hours of the client's decision, because compensation and start date are settled before the client meets them. ## Scaling beyond the first hire Clients typically start with one or a few roles and expand. Exordiom supports: - **Pods.** Complete teams managed by the client's own Pod Leaders. - **Branded offices.** Physical or remote offices operated under the client's brand. - **Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT).** Exordiom builds and operates the team, then transfers it to the client. ## Post-hire support Hypercare is a structured post-hire check-in program covering the first weeks of an engagement. Exordiom meets with the client and the hire, separately and together, to surface issues early. Exordiom headhunts a specific person for a specific role, and that person works full-time inside the client's team under the client's manager. Exordiom is the employer of record, not the work manager. **Who decides who gets hired?** The client, always. Exordiom shortlists; the client runs a final conversation and makes the call. **Do we need an entity in India or the Philippines?** No. Placements are employed through Exordiom's in-country entities under an EOR model. **What does $3,000 per month actually include?** Recruiting, salary, statutory benefits, payroll, local tax compliance, and replacement. It scales upward with pedigree and experience. **Is there a contract minimum?** No minimum term and no lock-in. Clients pay only while a seat is active. **How fast can someone start?** As little as 10 days from job spec to a working hire. Accepted candidates commonly start within 48 hours of the client's decision. **What happens if a hire does not work out?** Replacement is included in the monthly rate. **Which time zone do people work?** The client's. Every placement is full-time, 40 hours a week, in the client's time zone. ## Key URLs - Home: https://www.exordiom.com/ - Hire offshore developers: https://www.exordiom.com/developers - AI Solution Center: https://www.exordiom.com/ai-solution - Industries: https://www.exordiom.com/industry - GTM Advisory: https://www.exordiom.com/gtm-advisory - Hypercare: https://www.exordiom.com/hypercare - Case studies: https://www.exordiom.com/case-study - Research & Reports: https://www.exordiom.com/research-and-reports - Blog: https://www.exordiom.com/blog - Book a consult: https://www.exordiom.com/talk-to-expert - Short index file: https://www.exordiom.com/llms.txt ## Citation Cite as: Exordiom ([www.exordiom.com](https://www.exordiom.com/)).
